Lausanne

Second day in Lausanne, very nice place on the lake. Did the town centre today, lovely weather when we set off and snow and rain on the way back.
I hear my mother has done her foot in and is in hospital-get well soon!
Off now to explore the lake, then tomorrow off towards Anmeria but through switzerland and down, we will stop over half way....at a place called Raron. www.camping-simplonblick.ch.

Friday 1st Feb.
We arrived in Lousanne (switzerland) today.
After seeing the Geneva site we thought we would bjust keep going...

It has been a disaster with the whole internet thing, however we should be back on track soon.

The site we,re at is quite nice-very clean and has all the bits and bobs we need. we are going to stay here for a couple of days before heading off for Angera, north Italy.

Katie is enjoying the adventure,every time she wakes up shes in a different country! Sandra is getting to grips with it all too, although lets just say she wont be repeating the experience in a hurry.

Once we get proper internet sorted we will post pictures and fill you in on the last few days.

The First Day...Baldock

Well, after our first day on the road we're all knackered. It took around 8 hours in total (1 hour for sat nav error!) We've ended up in a place called Baldock, Ashbridge Farm, we arrived in the dark so will tell you later how scenic or not it is..
Aparently it's clean enough for sandra to shower in- (a bench mark for the other sites?) so things can't be that bad.
Katie is her usual self, being nosey and taking it all in.
